5/3第一講 銀髮鬥志-老年靈修生活

帶我們透過靈性檢視自己的狀態
每個人都會變老,該如何面對老,迎向老~
老也是需要學習的!練習老的好、老的快樂
每天6個步驟,放鬆自己,保持最佳狀態迎向愉快的老年生活
1) 每天全人檢視,從頭到腳,不要有痛、熱、癢
2) 每天運動。輕鬆運動、流汗代謝
3) 每天喝水。
4) 曬太陽。早上8-10點,下午4-6點
5) 感恩他人與讚美自己
6) 獨處。找到自己的信仰,跟自己及信仰對話
讓自己健康老化,謹記3要素
1) 腿力-每天要走路,活著就要動。逛市場、買東西、學殺價,刺激腦部發展、提升身體運作
2) 手力-手部肌力很重要,拿得起放得下。練習旋轉(瓶蓋、毛巾…)
3) 吞嚥能力-練習吞口水(1分鐘12下以上)
老年生活很重要:運動、睡眠、保持食慾、"我是誰”(現在狀態的我、想成為的我)
